Join us for the grand opening of The Practice! Experience a powerful and moving one-hour yoga flow led by Lisa Rosetta, founder of The Practice, and local electric violinist, Mia. Together they will lead you through an all-levels yoga flow set to a live soundtrack of epic proportions. Help us throw the doors open with a bang, as we embark as The Pratice, (limit 18 students).
